Your First Visit
On your first visit, Dr. D’Amico will review your intake paperwork prior to your consultation. You can fill out this paperwork prior to your appointment here. If you choose not to, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so that you can fill it out.
Once your paperwork is done, our Chiropractic Assistant will escort you to our exam room. We recommend taking off any jewelry prior to your appointment as you will be asked to remove anything with metal, including bras, rings, necklaces, and belts. Dr. D’Amico will then evaluate you and interpret your films.
Time for the fun part! Depending on the Doctor’s findings and availability, you will receive your first adjustment. Dr. D’Amico will discuss a treatment plan with you, and our Chiropractic Assistant will set you up for your next appointment.
